Audit your AI tool stack in 10 minutes

Enter the AI subscriptions your team pays for, then use the worksheet to spot unused seats, duplicate capabilities, upcoming renewals, and the monthly cost of “maybe useful” tools. Everything runs in your browser—nothing is sent to this site.

Your AI subscription audit

Add one paid tool per row. Cost is the total monthly cost for that tool, not the cost per seat.

ToolCategoryMonthly costPaid seatsActive seatsRenewal monthDecision
Monthly stack cost$0
Annual run rate$0
Unused paid seats0
Review / cancel cost$0

“Review” and “Cancel” are planning labels, not an automatic recommendation. Confirm usage, exports, contract terms, and ownership before changing an account.

How to use the result

  1. List the complete stack. Include personal-card subscriptions, API accounts, plug-ins, and trials that may convert to paid plans.
  2. Compare paid and active seats. A seat is active only if it supported a real workflow in the last 30 days.
  3. Label the next decision. Keep tools with a clear owner and repeated value. Review plans with low activity, duplicated jobs, or a renewal approaching.
  4. Set a review date. Run this audit before annual renewals or whenever the team size changes.

What this worksheet will not tell you

Cost alone cannot decide whether a tool is worthwhile. A small subscription can support a critical workflow, while a high-cost tool may be justified by reliable time savings. Use the AI tool evaluation framework to test workflow fit and the cost audit checklist to complete your review.
