How to use the result
- List the complete stack. Include personal-card subscriptions, API accounts, plug-ins, and trials that may convert to paid plans.

- Label the next decision. Keep tools with a clear owner and repeated value. Review plans with low activity, duplicated jobs, or a renewal approaching.
- Set a review date. Run this audit before annual renewals or whenever the team size changes.
